    As part of our commitment to quality, all 100% new and remanufactured alternators and starters are subjected to JBS rigorous tests. Every unit is repeatedly inspected and tested from sub-assembly to final assembly to ensure that every unit meets our expectations. Every assembled alternators and starters is individually tested on highly advanced D&V tester for its functionality. Long life tests based on random batch are also performed to ensure durability of the units. This sets a benchmark for the quality of alternators and starters manufactured by the factory.


    Rebuilding, Remanufacturing and Assembling of Alternators and Starters

    JBS achieved ISO 9001 certification in November 2012. Every year, JBS must pass a series of audits by SGS auditors in order to maintain the certification. As an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer, JBS will continue to innovate and improve to strive for better quality!
